The range
We have designed and manufactured a complete range of fill and seal machines under vacuum for flexible package containing creamy, liquid, semi-liquid or chunks foods, dosed from 0.1 up to 5 kg.

The flexibility
The machine has been engineered to fill foods product at a temperature from +4 up to +90 °C

The versatility
The machine can pack any pillow or stand-up, premade pouch. The pouches are made of multi-layer film, suitable for further thermal treatment: pasteurization or sterilization. It is also possible to fill and seal, under vacuum, foods in modified atmosphere or at normal pressure.

The simplicity
The machine, compact and functional in design, consists of: the under-vacuum sealing section including the pouch handling unit and the special sealing technology in vacuum chamber; and the filling section, where special valves and devices to transfer inside the pouch the product in chunks are available .
The machine is also equipped with the automatic supplying unit of the pre-made pouches to the filling section.

THE HYGIENIC FILLING

The machine performs the entirely working cycle inside the vacuum-filling chamber assuring:

  • pack aging of the product in the completely sealed and hygienic chamber;
  • automatic and effective cleaning and sanification;
  • avoidance of any liquid spillage occurring in machines with separated section (spillages that could cause the wrong sealing of the pouches);
  • increasing of the filling speed, even with delicate product;
  • adjustment of the vacuum grade.

TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANTAGES

  • Improvements of the organoleptic qualities of the product: thanks to the pouches reduced thickness and the vacuum filling, the heat penetration is optimized, therefore the heat treatment time is reduced to the minimum.

  • Reduction of the containers dimensions optimizing the pack-store space and reducing the volume of the waste after the pouch utilisation helping the disposal.
  • Easing of the empty container handling.
  • Saving the sterilization costs.

  • The under-vacuum filling technology preserves the organoleptic pecularity of the product reducing the oxidation, thanks to the minimization of the cooking effect and improving the product colour.
  • The adjustable operator interface allows an easy manual/automatic control of the machine. It displays, in real time, the processing parameters and the alarm in progress. It suggests the solution using the powerful online help.
