The Continuous Chip Fryer has been designed to fry potato chips, assuring low oil turn-over and optimal preservation of the chemical- organoleptical factors of the frying oil. The product cycle is an automatic continuous type.


  • The oil circulation design is based on:
    • "Multipoint System" (various oil inlet) to assure a correct oil temperature distribution;
    • external tube-nest heat exchanger, designed for steam or thermal oil;
    • continuous oil belt filter;
    • continuous oil paper filter;
    • high capacity oil circulation pump, manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316;
    • automatic oil level control and automatic oil replenishment.
  • Supplied with chimney and Fume Recovering Unit (option) to reduce the emissions and recovering the heat from the frying fume.
  • Assembled with C.I.P. cleaning system.
  • The FRC is completely manufactured in Stainless Steel AISI 304.
