The Continuous Chip Fryer has been designed to fry potato chips, assuring low oil turn-over and optimal preservation of the chemical- organoleptical factors of the frying oil. The product cycle is an automatic continuous type.

- The oil circulation design is based on:
- "Multipoint System" (various oil inlet) to assure a correct oil temperature distribution;
- external tube-nest heat exchanger, designed for steam or thermal oil;
- continuous oil belt filter;
- continuous oil paper filter;
- high capacity oil circulation pump, manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316;
- automatic oil level control and automatic oil replenishment.
- Supplied with chimney and Fume Recovering Unit (option) to reduce the emissions and recovering the heat from the frying fume.
- Assembled with C.I.P. cleaning system.
- The FRC is completely manufactured in Stainless Steel AISI 304.
