THE DESIGN CONCEPT OF GEA LEVATI'S FLAKES LINE
- Separation of the “dirty section” from the “clean section”.
- The line design avoids the intensive use of elevators to reduce product breakage.
- Integration of the Flakes Line with the French Fries Line to recover the scraps rejected from the sticks grading and sorting section.
- Tailored design to suit special request for plant space utilization or special final products.
