- All the operations on the pouches from insertion of empty pouch to filling
and sealing are performed in a vacuum chamber.
- The reduction or the almost total absence
of oxygen inside the pouch
eliminates the product oxidation.
- The shelf life of the product in pouches is similar to the product packed
in cans or glass jars.
- Handling filled pouches before sealing is not required. No product spillage
and perfect sealing.
The flexibility of the Bagfill allows to dose solid and liquid mixed
together or separately.
The machine can be
equipped with the dosing devices that will better cope with
your RTE product:
- solid wet and sticky: weight measuring device;
- liquid or paste: pneumatic pump;
- liquid with pieces: volumetric pump.
