The double belt blancher DBB has been designed to blanch, cook, flavour and thaw various food products including leafy vegetables.
The process cycle is completely automatic.
The machine is equipped with mechanical jacks to lift the hood and the conveyors, so it is easier to clean and inspect the machine.
The DBB is completely manufactured in Stainless Steel AISI 304 (AISI 316 as option)
Capacity from 2.000 up to 8.000 kg/h depending on the product and the process required.
