It was 1967 when in the Lebedyan Lipetsk region a small processing company was founded. The company was situated in Central Russia, a fertile area traditionally known for its fruits and vegetables, but above all for its high quality fresh spring water. At first, the Lebedyansky cannery produced canned fruit and vegetables; in the 80's, thanks to the aseptic filling technologies, Lebedyansky became the most important fruit juices and nectars producer in eastern Europe. In 1999 the headquarters of the company moved to Moscow, and the company changed their strategy, becoming a market-oriented company. New brands and new products were introduced such as Lipetsky Buvet mineral water and Edo iced tea, challenging this new sector.
During the past years, JSC Lebedyansky has broadened its range of products to include the baby-food market. The company has become highly competitive with the Frutonjanja brand, producing high quality fruit juices and homogenized baby-food, processed using the best quality ingredients and the most advanced technologies supplied by an important world-wide supplier.
Strong demand for safety and reliability has brought JSC Lebedyansky to rely on the Levati Food Tech experience. Levati has been chosen to supply four autoclaves, one crate loader and one crate unloader. It is a high-performance semi-automatic system specifically dedicated to a sensitive sector like baby-food.
