Technological innovations The adopted technological innovations are the result of the state-of-the-art design techniques. The selected components choice and high efficiency technologies are able to satisfy the specific production and quality requirements of the most demanding food industries.
Hygiene of the process The hygiene of the process is assured by a precise design of all the line components, as they are arranged for CIP cleaning and are made in very resistant stainless steel.
Cleaning The tuber cleaning system is assured by machines designed for woking in heavy and continuous conditions, made of special high-resistance material.
"Eco-peeler" system The Eco-Peeler system with improved efficiency and maintenance reduced to the minimum, allows a considerable water and steam saving.
"Hydro Cutter" system The Hydro Cutting system, equipped with high efficiency components, assures a clean and accurate cut with reduced scrap.
Blanching unit
The two-section blanching unit, provided with a counter current system, assures perfect enzyme inactivation, as well as optimal gelatinisation of the starch and elimination of the reducing sugars.
U.D.U. Pre-dryer system The U.D.U. Pre-dryer system features the double airflow obtaining a finished product with an optimal quality even if the raw material has modest dry matter content.
Ecofryer system The Eco-fryer system features the "multi-point" oil circulation system. The "multi-point" assures optimal frying of potato chips with minimum oil absorption. The machine is provided with an External Heat Exchanger and with the Economizer unit. The Economizer is made to recover heat contained in the frying fumes and reduces air emissions assuring low pollution by the plant.
Three-stage freezing unit
The three-stage freezing unit allows for a speedy and efficient IQF freezing of the product with minimum energy consumption.
Final packaging of the product The final packaging of the product is assured by associative weighing systems able to guarantee bags with an extremely precise weight.
